Admission Procedure(For KG & XI)

1. Application Forms can be obtained from the School Office (Primary Wing)
2. Filled forms to be submitted within 7 days from the date of obtaining the application form.
3. Age Eligibility

• For Pre.K.G. : Completed 2 Years before July 31st

• For L.K.G. : Completed 3 Years before July 31st
4. Photo copies of the following documents to be submitted along with the filled in application form

    • Birth Certificate

    • Community Certificate

    • Aadhar Card

    • Ration (Smart) Card
5. Eligible Candidates will be called for Personal Interview

1. Application Forms can be obtained from the School Office (Hr.Sec. Wing)
2. Filled forms will be received in the School Office immediately after the publication of the X-std Result.
3. Eligible candidates will be called for an interview through phone call.
4. The following ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES must be produced along with the filled in application form:

    • Transfer Certificate

    • Conduct Certificate

    • X std Mark sheet

    • Attested copy of Progress Report

    • Community Certificate

    • Migration Certificate (For CBSE students)

    • Preference will be given to the candidates who have passed the X standard exam in Kalaimagal Viddyalaya.
5. All admissions are subject to the approval of the Directorate of school Education.
6. Change of group will not be entertained.
7. Fee concession would be given to students with high marks.
