1. Students should adhere to school timings and maintain punctuality and regular
attendance.
2. Regular practice of English help students improve their language skills including
vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation and fluency.
3. Maintaining personal grooming habits among students is important for self-care and
overall well-being. Keeping your nail trimmed, polished shoes with clean socks is not
only a sign of good grooming but also reflects respect for yourself and others.
4. For school boys a neat and tidy hair cut is preferred with a short back and sides.
5. For girl students a neat hairstyle to adhere as per school norms which includes two
ponytails with black ribbons complete with bows for short haired students. Other girls
are to plait their hair in two folded forms with black ribbon complete with bows
6. It is important to maintain good hygiene habits like taking bath every day, to keep
yourselves fresh and healthy.
7. Wearing proper school uniform as prescribed by the school is essential.
8. It is essential to maintain a smart appearance by keeping your shirt buttons fastened
and shirt neatly tucked. Additionally wearing belts tightly ensures a polished look and
helps uphold the standards of our school's dress code.
9. Students are not allowed to wear gold ornaments, bracelets, rings, expensive watches,
watches with colourful /designed straps etc.
10. Boys are not permitted to wear any type of ear rings, neck chains and kadas etc.
11. Girls are not permitted to wear hanging ear ring, droplets and side drops and
refrain from dressing themselves in an objectionable manner. However, girls may wear
only plain silver/metal ear rings and wear the school uniform in a presentable manner.
12. High school students and Primary school students should wear sports uniform on
Fridays.
13. Loss of any accessories and violation of the above instructions is the complete risk
and responsibility of the students and the school will not be held responsible
TO THE PARENTS
1. Parents- Teachers Meeting will be conducted at regular intervals. Parents/Guardians
are requested to attend it without fail. Parents should check the Diary every day for
any remarks by the teacher and sign it. Parents should guide the children to do their
homework regularly.
2. Progress Report will be issued at the end of each term.
3. Parents are requested to sign the progress report and return it within 2 days.
4. Parents/Guardians are not allowed to meet their wards or the teachers during class
hours. However they can meet the class teacher, subject teachers after school.
5. Examinations will not be conducted for the students who absent themselves without a
valid reason.
6. Promotion will be decided after considering the pupils academic progress throughout
the year. A Transfer Certificate will be issued to a student failing for two consecutive
years.
7. Parents are requested to create an amicable atmosphere in their homes for the
children to learn properly.
8. They are also requested to be with their ward and help them in completing their
homework. If they face any problem, they can seek the guidance of the teachers.
